Strategy & Research
At Balour/American Acheivement Corporation, I was embedded with a UX team to develop Encore, an industry-first product for yearbook creation. During this project, I led the usability research initiative including RITE studies, to develop a more intuitive product. I also collaborated with the UX team and stakeholders to redesign the website.

Research Plan 2017
The UX team had been approved to conduct an extensive series of qualitative and quantitative testing on multiple projects and the following plan involved 11 projects during the spring and summer. Time was an issue because most research was conducted at Balfour Student and Adviser Workshops held across the nation. I led this project which included all planning, organizing, user research & testing, analytics and completing executive summaries.
Executive Summary
This is one of the presentations I created to showcase the results of four of the research projects conducted during the summer of 2017 for Encore (product name was changed in January 2018). There were an additional two summaries created in relation to separate products.
