The Project

Develop a website for internal BU (FBT) that will function as a guide for developers and architects migrating to the cloud.

Previous content was located in Confluence and we needed to restructure the content in a way that made sense for users who needed to learn about cloud, understand the requirements and security issues, and link to source code.

Project included communication strategy to publicize the work across multiple BUs with various stakeholders.

The Strategy

Lead with education, current announcements, then guide users on their path to the cloud.

Users were guided to learning content which was structured in a way that showed them a clear path to understanding Fidelity and FBT educational requirements.

Content was organized by persona: Developer, Architect, and Manager.
